Compensation & Benefits Senior/Manager


We're looking for a Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits to be based in the heart of Paris, to join a global leader in manufacturing high value products for the automotive, aerospace, packaging industries.



  • Manage Long-Term Incentive Plan (administration, grants, vestings, documents, communication, dilution/burn rate, sell-to-cover transactions, coordination w/ payroll, reporting, etc.)
  • Handle Non-Executive Director/Board Pay & Remuneration
  • Work on global executive compensation packages
  • Assist with preparation of slides for Remuneration Committee
  • Drive Global Mobility / Expat management
  • Support preparation of annual filings (i.e., 20-F, etc.)
  • Support with annual comp cycles (merit, bonus, LTI & testing the comp system)
  • Support with salary survey submissions

7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefit roles: required

  • English fluency: required
  • French: preferred
  • Experience working in a multinational operating environment: required
  • Experience with proxy advisors: preferred
  • Knowledge of global taxes: preferred
  • Good Excel skills: required
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) regulations: preferred
  • Practical, possessing a can-do attitude: required
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: required
